APS offers its fully integrated Coating Line, including coat + dry modules (with robotic automation, or can also provide full FPD lines including substrate clean, coat, dry, exposure system integration, develop, hard bake and inspection, or individual modules. APS coating systems based on proprietary technology and works with a consortium of companies to provide some of the other modules and integrate those into their line. APS can offer these solutions for applications ranging from typical LCD, to state of the art technologies such as OLED, QLED, MicroLED and others, at sizes ranging up to G8.5 - 2200x2500mm / 2250x2500mm, G8.6 - 2250×2600mm/ 2250x2610mm
